Callie Gullickson 

Callie, from Florida, not only hails from a family of athletes but is an accomplished professional dancer. Movement always played a vital role in her life which helped make her transition to fitness seamless. With three years of group fitness under her belt, Callie has experience in strength & conditioning, HIIT, functional fitness, dance cardio and boxing. Rumble Boxing is where you can find her nowadays.

Aside from training, Callie can be seen working alongside PUMA assisting the New York City Ballet, in the pages of the most recent Vogue Italia or you may recognize her from the latest Garmin commercial. 

Callie trains in a way that will make you feel athletic, but graceful. Elegant but strong. Throwing punches, powering through pushups and igniting your core. 

Grit&Grace is Callie’s signature class combining her DIFFERENT training STYLES that INFAMOUSLY earned her the nickname Killa cal. Get ready to sweat in this 45 minute High Intensity Interval Training workout.

Joan Kuhl 

Joan Kuhl is a champion for girls leadership and advancing women in the workforce. She is the author of Dig Your Heels In(April 2019) and Misunderstood Millennial Talent (2016). She is an international speaker and a consultant on talent management, career, communication and leadership trends. After 14 years in the pharmaceutical industry and as a college campus speaker, she launched Why Millennials Matter, a training, research and consulting company that focuses on raising awareness about the value of investing in the early career workforce and advancing women in the workplace in global corporations and business schools with clients such as Eli Lilly, Goldman Sachs, Johnson & Johnson, Discovery Communications, FINRA, Novo Nordisk, Viacom, the NY Mets, Columbia Business School and University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School. Her expertise has been featured in the NY Times, Harvard Business Review, CNBC, Cosmopolitan and SUCCESS Magazine. 

Joan is a #SheBelieves Champion for the U.S. Soccer Organization developing a national leadership curriculum, a Contributor to Women@Forbes and currently serves on the board of Girls Inc of NYC. She earned her B.S.B.A. at the University of Pittsburgh and M.B.A. at Rutgers University where she studied global management in Shanghai and Beijing, China.
