Ashley Rosenberg was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She followed her dreams of working in fashion in New York City in 2013 and now works full-time in fashion technology. Ashley’s other lifelong love of dance and fitness has led her to teaching classes at modelFIT and is the Master Trainer for The DB Method. She loves upbeat playlists featuring her favorite divas Beyoncé, JLo, Mariah, and Whitney!
The modelFIT method is to move with strength and grace through daily activities, to prevent injury and to gain confident presence. Instead of large movements which rely on momentum created by joints (ie. burpees, jump squats), the modelFIT method breaks these movements down to the small portion in which your muscles are working the hardest. The result is more effective muscle burn without any strain on joints.
