We are so excited to announce that Sweats and Balances has partnered with Luminary New York's premier collaboration hub for women on a monthly wellness series beginning this May! 

Luminary is a co-working space for women and women-identified who are passionate about professional development and expanding their networks. Luminary puts an emphasis on community, self-development, wellness, flexibility and giving back. 

We can't wait to have our S&B community in the beautiful and inspiring Luminary space! We will be hosting an intimate monthly sweat-working event in Luminary’s Wellness Wing. This is your chance to really connect with like-minded women in a welcoming and more intimate environment.

Join us for our first ever Sweats and Balances x Luminary monthly series event on Tuesday, March 28th! 

Get to know the women of Sweats & Balances during an intimate and inclusive workout, networking, and Q&A panel. Co-Founder of Sweats and Balances, Madelaine O'Connell and Obé Instructor, will lead a full body sculpting workout to get you sweating and pumping your endorphins up.

Enjoy light refreshments and snacks while connecting with like-minded, career driven women. We will end the night with a Q&A session that allows you to really get to know the women behind Sweats & Balances!

Madelaine O'Connell

Madelaine, Co-Founder of Sweats and Balances and Obé Instructor, is originally from Long Island, but has lived in NYC since graduating from Boston College with a degree in Finance and Marketing. She currently works at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division.
