Join us for this totally unique event! Senior SoulCycle instructor Sydney Miller founded a (non cycling!) workout called HOUSEWORK which she will lead at the beautiful Carl Hansen & Søn furniture design store. Afterwards we will have a panel discussion about how to buy an apartment in NYC featuing a Compass real estate agent, a Bank of America mortage banker, and a recent first-time home buyer. We will also enjoy treats and drinks from our partners and network with the S&B ladies!
Sydney Miller is a Senior Instructor at SoulCycle. She's evolved with the brand and launched her signature class HOUSEWORK at SoulAnnex in 2017. HOUSEWORK is a full-body workout set to the beat of house and electronic music. It's the perfect balance between low impact sculpting exercises mixed with high intensity cardio and strength, with the music driving you the entire time. Using your own body weight, gliders, and the energy of the music, you'll leave class feeling stronger, toned, and drenched in sweat. Whether on or off the bike, Sydney continues to motivate her squad to be the best versions of themselves through movement and music. Before fitness, Sydney graduated from Emory University in Marketing and worked in advertising and public relations. She is based in New York City and lives with her adorable boxer Stanley.
