We're going back to the HUB! Join us for a sweaty yoga class led by Serena Tom.  Think fast passed Vinyasa poses with HIIT and core circuits mixed in.  Serena is our favorite yoga instructor and we swear by her class and techniques! Afterward, we will get stretched out by LYMBR enjoy treats like P.S. Snacks (chick pea based cookie dough!!), drinks from our partners, and network with the S&B ladies! We will also have a lulu discount, so come before class to shop!!

Serena Tom has taught for Nike, the Nike Training Club and Well+Good. You can currently find her teaching at Equinox in New York City, where her class style is based on the Jivamukti, Ashtanga and Vinyasa teachings. Athletic Yoga is a fun, challanging and strengthening yoga class that combines the healing benefits of a strong and vigorous yoga flow, along with high intensity interval training (HIIT), core strengthening, and meditation at the end. 


HUBseventeen defines community as a group of people who agree to grow together. Their dream was to create the space for magic to happen. Located underground in lululemon's Flatiron location is HUB seventeen, a 3,000 square foot space dedicated to community. The invite leaders in to share, discover, collaborate and connect through a series of unique experiences.
