Xtend's master instructor Phoenix Kay combines Xtend's classic barre, a blend of yoga, dance, Pilates, and strength training with low weights and high reps, with Xtend's Circuit 7, bursts of Tabata rounds and total-body power moves. You’ll sweat, sculpt and tone through a fun flow that allows you to hit all those necessary fitness points: power, strength, endurance, balance…and joy!
Phoenix Kay was trained at headquarters in Boca Raton, FL and she is certified in all of Xtend’s various offerings, from Xtend Barre to Circuit 7 and Fitball. As a NASM-certified trainer and Reiki practitioner, Phoenix also brings a keen focus on alignment, modifications and mind-body connection to every class, as well as a huge does of high-energy enthusiasm. Along with being a corporate teacher trainer for Xtend, she also leads the Xtend Tribeca instructor team as the director of training and master instructor.
